Pink Ribbon Foundation India & India Turns Pink – Global Launch
The Pink Ribbon Foundation & India Turns Pink Global Launch, held at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi, marked a significant milestone in the collaboration between India Turns Pink and Pink Ribbon International. The event brought together distinguished leaders, healthcare professionals, international representatives, social advocates, and members of both organizations with a shared commitment to strengthening breast health awareness, prevention, early detection, screening, research, and support services across India. The launch also introduced Pink Ribbon Foundation India as a national platform and outlined major initiatives including Women First Programme, Airports Turn Pink India, Colleges Turn Pink India, K2K National Awareness Campaign, Corporate Turns Pink, Scientific Research Fund, and the AI Health Innovation Hub, with an ambitious vision to reach 3.5 crore women across India through awareness and early-detection initiatives.
The New Delhi launch represented more than the beginning of a collaboration — it set the direction for a larger, coordinated movement for women’s breast health in India. By bringing India Turns Pink and Pink Ribbon International together on a common platform, the event created an opportunity to combine grassroots outreach with international experience and build programmes capable of reaching women at different stages of life and across diverse communities. The gathering brought together government representatives, healthcare professionals, international delegates, social leaders, and members of the Pink Movement around a shared commitment to awareness, prevention, early detection, screening, research, and support.
Wear Pink. Inspire Change.
As part of the Pink Ribbon Foundation & India Turns Pink Global Launch in New Delhi, the Pink Ribbon T-Shirt was unveiled as a symbol of unity, courage, and collective action. More than merchandise, the T-shirt represents a simple way for individuals and communities to stand with the Pink Movement and help carry the message of early detection and breast health awareness into everyday life. Through this initiative, India Turns Pink aims to make the Pink Ribbon more visible across communities and inspire more conversations around women’s health. Every person who wears pink becomes part of a growing movement — helping transform visibility into awareness and awareness into action.
